Adding more color to chinese leds

I would like to make my Blue and white Chinese led fixture into a full spectrum fixture. anyone know if I can drop any ol cree or bridgelux leds in there or do I need to find specific leds that will work for the fixture?
also interested in replacing the fans for more quiet ones?:rollface:

Reefbreeders has information on their site about replacing leds in old chinese fixtures and they sell the individual leds. I've though about doing it but never pulled the trigger
