Frogfish

30 gallons or so seems to be an agreed-upon size. They don't move much, but they're an OMP predator (they eat large meaty foods) and therefore they produce a lot of waste.
 
Get a second opinion, but I think it'd be alright if you make sure he has plenty of space to crawl. They don't do too much, but you gotta be sure they have room for whenever they decide to crawl a bit. Maybe make his tank a macro tank and use it to grow pods? Once past a certain size, he shouldn't be interested in eating pods.
