Should have known better but I repaired a zoomed powersweep powerhead that they guy had that I bought my tank from. Kept a piece of filter pad over the intake scared of sucking a fish in even though see a lot of people not having anything over theirs online. Left the piece of filter pad off and saw fish swim up next to it without being sucked in. So I left it off. Came home from work to find my Bartlett anthia missing which swims right up front dead center of te tank most of the time. Went looking for him then noticed that the powerhead wasn't oscillating. Heart dropped. Picked it up to not only find the anthia in there but also my royal gramma and blue devil damsel all jammed into the intake with the life sucked out of them. So freaking ticked off right now.
