Thought I’d share. Backstory, I turn my RODI off by stopping flow through the system between the membrane and DI.
RODI system has been off. Went down the basement and booster pump making all kinds of noise. Pressure gauge on the unit at zero. What the heck.
Open the TDS creep valve, pressure goes up to 10. Tried adjusting various shutoff valves on the system, nothing. Frustration sets in, I closed everything and went up to sit by the pond for a bit.
Went back downstairs and took a visual look. Opened the TDS bypass again and watched the water level in the micron chamber drop.
Then, it hit me. The water was turned off at the source
. I don’t remember turning it off there???
