We are still looking for Commercial Vendors for our FMAS Frag Swap Sat.,May 14th.
If you are a Commercial business and wish to have a booth, here is the information:
The date for the event is May 14th 12:00 "“ 5:00pm. The event will be held at South Plantation High School, Everglades Environmental Sciences Dept. located at: 1300 SW 54th Avenue Plantation, Florida 33317. This is the same location where our monthly meetings are held. We are expecting at least 400 hobbyists to attend the event. Basic Sponsorship will include the following:
"¢ Great exposure for your business!
"¢ Frag Swap Promotional threads on numerous Social Networks for 2 months prior to the event. (ie: Reef Central, Facebook)
"¢ Advertising posters in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County Local Fish Stores.
"¢ 2011 FMAS Commercial Sponsor Membership for you and 2 employees.
"¢ Your Company's banner posted on our www.fmas1955.org website for 2011 (company responsible for artwork).
"¢ Ability to attend all 2011 FMAS monthly meetings and give a short talk about your company.
"¢ Ability to display business cards at 2011 monthly meetings.
"¢ Priority consideration for the 2012 FMAS Frag Swap and other 2011 events.
"¢ Directional Signage outside the event; the day of the event.
"¢ Electricity.
"¢ Seawater for those booths that need it from VIP Seawater on Sat. am only.
"¢ 5' x 3' table with benches attached on both sides (2 "“ 5' sections).
"¢ Ability to Post signage in front of your table.
"¢ Ability to Pass out business cards at your booth.
"¢ Ability for Manufacturers to give out samples and literature to attendees.
"¢ Ability for Fish & Coral Stores to trade/sell fish, corals, supplements, food and equipment to attendees.
"¢ Meet with Saltwater Aquarium Owners from Dade, Broward & Palm Beach Counties as well as from Orlando, Palm Beach, Tampa, Naples and Ft. Myers.
There are three options for participating in this event:
Option 1 Platinum Table Sponsor SOLD OUT
Includes:
"¢ Premium location in a Front Exhibit Space (Spaces limited and will be issued on a first come first serve basis).
"¢ 10' x 3' table with benches attached on both sides (2 "“ 5' sections).
"¢ Name on all Frag Swap advertising and mentions.
"¢ Name mention during Frag Swap announcements and during auctions.
"¢ Exclusive access to sign "“in table with business cards and flyers.
"¢ Exclusive Banner posting (supplied by Sponsor) on front sign-in table or outside the entrance.
