SWFMAS Event Coordinator
Due to the overwhelming response at last fall's auction and multiple requests for a "yard sale" type meeting, we have decided to schedule an annual mini auction and yard sale. Some important info, dates and times to remember:
Auction Limits:
150 items maximum for the event
15 items per person maximum
2 per type per person
5 per type auction maximum
(note that we do not have unlimited time for this auction, so the quantities listed above are firm. Auction will be closed at 150 items)
Auction Registration opens April 26th at noon. Entries before this date and time will not be considered registered. Please note that registration must consist of a full listing of items to be brought. Listing one coral with 14 more to come does not constitute registration. In that scenario, the one coral listed is the one coral that is registered.
Deadline for Auction registration and pictures: May 9th at midnight. Please note that posting photos is not a requirement for registration. This is a seller option. However, if you wish to have photos of your coral at the auction, this is the deadline. Any photos posted after this date and time will remain on the website, but will not be part of the auction presentation.
Table Fees for the "Yard Sale":
$5 for a 10' x 10' space with a 6' table available upon request
Must be a SWFMAS paid club member in order to sell
Entry Fees:
$3 SWFMAS member, $4 other club member, & $ 5 general public
