November Events

There are two SWFMAS events for November.

The first is Saturday, November 10 in Nokomis. This is the annual BBQ at Brian Greene's. This event is a social gathering/auction that is open to all Florida clubs and is "cosponsored" (for lack of a better term) by SWFMAS and TBRC.

The second is the SWFMAS November meeting. This will be Saturday, November 17 in Estero. Next Reef will be providing a general overview of sumps and possibly an acrylic demonstration.

Hi jdhuyvetter,

I'd like to attend if I may. I just joined TBRC but find no detailed info on that web page.
Can you please advise me on what might be expected of me should I be able to attend?

Also, I do not have an address or contact phone number to the event.

As for TBRC details, they will most likely be on the TBRC forum (stickied at the top of the forum) and not on the TBRC website.

As for what we expect of you.....come hungry! Lots of food. This is a bring a dish event, clubs pick up the drinks and Brian handles the BBQ. So, bring a side dish or dessert. Auction is cash only if you want to buy anything.

Most of the Nav and map programs show our house a few houses up the street. Sunset Drive ends in our drive way so just drive to the end and come though the gate. follow the driveway past the house and park in the back yard. Friends and family are welcome see you tomorrow.
