Any suggestions on types of paint for plexigass? Something that will bond well and not peel or flake? Thanks in advance

You might think about krylon fusion spray paint. It is made for plactic and used to paint PVC. Check into it before you use it though just to make sure. It supposed to bond to the plastic. It has been used on PVC that goes inside the tank.

Are you painting the 55 gal or the 180? What color are you interested in. I know of some stuff that is rubber, it will stick and stay, but if you did want to remove it some day you could pick it off.

Well I actaully wanted to paint a 1/8 inch piece of plexiglass and use magnets to secure it to the back of the tank, for easy removal. My favorite view is from the back of the tank anyhow!

If you need to buy the plexi, just get black. If you have it already, clean it with rubbing alcohol and spray with the Fusion.
