Plumbing Question

Im trying to install a return line on my new frag tank. First question is should I put a 3/4" bulkhead for my return line. The overflow box im using is a Eshopps Eclipse S. The bulkhead on that is 1-1/2" then from the box is two 1" bulkheads. So i was thinking a 3/4" return would be good. My other question is what size hole saw should I use to make my hole. I know they come in millimeters and its gotta be bigger than 3/4". And thats as far as ive gotten. Any thoughts?

Its ok ive found the size hole saw. Its 35mm if anyone was curious.

Whats the size of the display. I'd go 1" return. Gice yourself some room to work.
