have an osmolator 3155 ATO that's been hooked up about a week. since yesterday, when power is applied all lights come on, but pump does nothing. the "pump on" light comes when I first plug it in, and from what I recall this was normal when it did work. pump never a comes on tho, and after about 10 min, the "too low" light comes on and stays on.

I've hooked a voltage meter to the controller leads and I get no voltage when the "pump on" light is on. also took a 9V battery and touched it to the pump leads and the pump works. sounds like problem with controller? how can i fix this? or will I have to send it in?

thanks,
troy

I've also ensured (to the best of my abilities) that no water has gotten into the controller and the leads are free from any corrosion or obstruction.

Hi Troy, yes this problem is caused by a loose relay connection inside, can you email your invoice and we will set up to get this swapped out, assuming you are in the US, we would handle the swap.
