? About my 20g long I recently drilled

Hi everyone I drilled for my overflow and return.. the overflow drilled find had a small chip out but is fine.. the return has a bigger chip but the gasket from the bulkhead covers it.. will I have a issue with this??

I doubt it, always lay a bead of silicone to fill any imperfections. as a safe guard. Considering it's only a 20. tighten bulkheads and fill with fresh water to test.
