I just picked up a frag of this from Marcos. Any suggestions from your experience would be appreciated. Placement, flow, lighting, feeding...? What type of growth are you seeing?

Mine is lightly bleached due to a new bulb he had over the frag tank. I have it on the bottom until it colors back up. Looking for advice on long term placement.
