I'm in Lexington & also posted this on the KRS forum, but I could work something out to get this to somebody in Louisville.
I've had a green BTA for over 3 years in my 40g, and I've wanted to trade/sell it for a while now, because it's too big for the tank. I bought the nem from East End Aquatics before they moved from Camelot, to give you an idea of when I bought it.
It just started moving, so it would be easy to catch without any chance of hurting its foot.
I've had the clownfish with it for over 2 years, and I haven't added ANYTHING to that tank in over a year, so you can know both are healthy & parasite free.
$50 for the pair.
