looks good dude, i have used catalina for years, while cheap they are great lights. love the controller, that is something i am lacking.

well i had a bump in the road of my build.i found a nickle size chip in the glass in the bottom of my overflow.the new tank should hopefully be here tommorrow along with my new 40 breeder for my sump and my box of reef crystals salt.also my new apex controler shipped out today so i should see it by the end of the week.

well my tank saw water for the first time today.i only had one small leak that i need to fix.but it looks like its back to the drawing board for my closed loop system it dosent flow like i thought it would.i might break down and by some vortecs.

Whats wrong with the closed loop? I would guess that either the top or the bottom is getting tons of pressure while the other gets very little?
