Very nice pieces. Do you make the paintings from pics or just use the fish as inspiration and paint them as you like?

thanks Roger. I usually gather 5 or 6 pics of the fish I want to paint and try to pick the things I like about each one. Then I mash them all together. Some of the scenes-like the butterfly fish and the hawkfish were painted from dive photos I took.
