Sponge or Cyano or Something Else?!!

Looks like Cyano to me. What are your water parameters? Particularly Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, and phosphate.

How long has the tank been set up?

Did you use dry rock, live rock, or a combination of the two?

I’m also seeing what appears to be Cyano and also some possible hair algae (the green).

3rd vote for cyano and covering some algae

If you stick you hand in the tank and wave it to make some stronger current cyano will come off and float away as a mat. Sponge would stick to the rock.
